Data Deletion Instructions
To request deletion of your IKMela account and associated personal data, email support@ikmela.com from the email address linked to your account.
Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your name and registered email address. Please do not send your password.
After verifying account ownership, we will delete or anonymize your account and associated personal data, except records that must be retained for legal, accounting, or transaction-related obligations. We will notify you when your request has been completed.
If you signed in using Facebook, you can also remove IKMela through your Facebook account’s Settings → Apps and Websites. To request deletion of data already stored by IKMela, please contact us using the email above.
